Theresa MacLellan

Theresa MacLellan, often referred to as the 'First Lady of the Cape Breton Fiddle' comes from an admired family of musicians. Theresa came to the fore as part of the MacLellan Trio with her fiddling brother (the late) Donald MacLellan and (the late) Marie MacLellan on piano. They were some of the first musicians to record Cape Breton music on vinyl. Theresa has influenced many of today's players.
